  • Requests for returns on damaged product must be received within 24
  • Return requests other than for damages must be made within 30 calendar days from the date product is
  • TAS will be responsible for return shipping fees, on mis-picks, or
  • Customer will be responsible to pay return shipping fees on returns for reasons other than damage, or mis-pick. These fees must be paid at time of return
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original





  • Returns will be inspected upon
  • Following completion of the inspection a notification will be send on the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
